Using the File/Project Upload Form

Please use the File Upload Form to upload any files needed for your project. We also recommend reading the "Steps to Upload Files" before trying to upload any files to AMS. Contact us if you experience any problems while using this system at: 801-942-8218 or Email Us.

 

AMS will accept the following file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .tiff, .ai, .cdr, .psd, .eps, .pdf, .docx, .xls, and .ppt

 

How to Prepare Multiple Files for Upload

For multiple project files to upload please compress project files into one file using either Stuffit (MAC & WINDOWS) or Zip archive (WINDOWS). AMS will accept .sit, .zip and .hqx file formats only for multiple file projects.

 

Free trials of Stuffit and WinZip can be downloaded at: http://www.stuffit.com, or http://www.winzip.com. AMS will not accept any self extracting archives, .exe, or .sea file formats.

 

File Upload Do's & Dont's

Files larger than 500MB will not be accepted. If project files are larger than 500MB, please mail us your files on a CD+/-R, DVD+/-R or on a USB Flash Drive to:

AMS cannot store files that are not tied to active jobs for longer than 30 days from receipt of files. If you are not planning on starting your project with us in the next 30 days please wait to upload any files until that time.
